To that end, this Privacy Policy describes how 406 Adventure Bus, (“406 Adventure Bus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collects, uses, and shares your Personal Information, as well as an explanation of the data rights you may have. This Privacy Policy applies to all 406 Adventure Bus users, including unregistered visitors, Service Users, (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”). When you register for our Services, sign up for any 406 Adventure Bus events, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase and/or register for Services, and/or when you contact us directly by any communication channel (e.g., support tickets, emails), you may provide us Personal Information, such as name, email address, home address, phone number, payment information (for Users with Paid Services), or other information you include in your communications with us.

2.2a) Aggregated Usage Information

Data such as Visitor or User browsing and click activity on our Website, sessions, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, keyboard language settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.

2.2b) Analytics Software

We use Google Analytics to help improve website User experience. Information on how Google Analytics is used can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html. You may opt out of Google’s Analytics data features by installing Google Analytics' available opt-out tool for the web.

 

2.3) In Person

Information we collect when you use the Services. When you visit or use any of our Services, we may collect and digitally retain information of a Personal nature as a direct result of Services rendered such as name, pickup location and time, and photograph.

 

3 ) Data Use

If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email, GPS Location. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

3.1) Internal Analytics

We may retain and use Log Data to improve our Service which may include information such as your address, the time and date of your use of our Service, User feedback, and other statistics.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to fulfill on value added services related to your event reservation. For example, if you request to be put in touch with a florist, we may share your contact information with a third party. We want to inform users of our expanded Services network, that these third parties are obligated not to disclose or use your personal information for any purpose other than fulfillment however we cannot control of guarantee the quality of their data retention and use practices.​ Defer to their Privacy Policy which can be provided upon request.

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail, text messages, phone calls, and similar forms of communication from 406 Adventure Bus or our partners (acting on behalf of 406 Adventure Bus) through such means. If you do not wish to receive such promotional contact, you may notify 406 Adventure Bus at any time or follow the “unsubscribe” instructions contained in the promotional communications you receive.

 

3.4) Service and Billing Messages

406 Adventure Bus may contact you with important information regarding our Services, or your use thereof. For example, we may send you a notice (through any of the means available to us) with updates to Services, reply to your support tickets, send reminders or warnings regarding upcoming or late payments for current or upcoming dates, or notify you of material changes in our Services.

It is important that you are always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you are unable to opt-out of receiving such Service and Billing Messages unless your account is no longer active (which can be requested at the resolution of contract billing.)

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, Privacy Policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event we discover a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, it will be deleted from our servers.
